For over 25 years, the LEAP Centre’s team of experienced allied health and education professionals have specialised in working with families with young children with disabilities or developmental concerns.
We are a local, community organisation offering specialised children’s disability services to families living in Wodonga, Albury and the surrounding areas. We work closely with local children’s services offering your family individualised and evidence-based services.
We understand that for all young children the most important learning happens with their family and others who care for them. That is why we listen closely to you and your needs and concerns.
We work closely with you to develop an individual plan and goals which meets your needs and helps your child develop the skills you have identified as the most important.
